Cachasol Farm Distillery is one of Sayulita's most distinctive private event venues - a working six-acre agave estate with open-air spaces, handcrafted tequila and raicilla, and farm-to-table cuisine by our culinary team. The Estate

Cachasol sits on six acres of working agave farmland at Km 5, Carretera Punta Mita - 15 minutes from Sayulita and 20 minutes from the Punta Mita resort corridor. The land holds more than 3,000 agave plants at various stages of cultivation, a working raicilla distillery, and several distinct open-air spaces suited to different moments of a celebration.

The Comedor is our open-air dining room - a shaded, high-ceilinged space built for long, unhurried meals with the estate as backdrop. The Cachashade Bar is the social center of the property: a hand-built outdoor bar beneath a guamuchil tree, where cocktails are poured and stories are told. Garden ceremony areas offer natural shade, agave rows, and the kind of setting that requires very little decoration.

Seasonal availability applies. Because Cachasol operates daily tours and dining, private event dates are confirmed on a request basis. We recommend reaching out as early as possible for peak season dates (December through April).

Food & Beverage

Our culinary team prepares everything on-site using estate-grown produce, local sourcing, and traditional Nayarit technique. Events menus are built around the open-fire kitchen - wood-grilled proteins, fresh handmade tortillas, and composed courses that reflect the farm and the season. There is no outside catering. The food is ours, and it shows.

Cachasol spirits anchor every event bar. Blanco, Reposado, Epic Strength, and Raicilla de la Costa - all made on-site under NOM 1522 by fifth-generation Master Distiller Jaime Villalobos Sauza - are poured by the glass, in flights, and in house cocktails. Custom cocktail menus are available for private events and can be developed in collaboration with your event host.

Food and beverage packages start from $700 USD per person. Final package scope, inclusions, and pricing are confirmed during the inquiry process based on your guest count, event format, and service requirements.

What to Expect

Private events at Cachasol receive exclusive use of the agreed venue spaces for the duration of the event. A dedicated event host from our team is present throughout, managing the flow between arrival, ceremony, cocktail hour, and dining.

For couples and families who want more than a venue, Jaime Villalobos Sauza is available by arrangement for welcome remarks, a tequila education moment, or a hosted tasting as part of the celebration program. It is the kind of touch that is genuinely specific to this place and cannot be replicated elsewhere.

Cachasol handles the hospitality. We do not offer in-house photography, music, or floral design, but we maintain a short list of local vendors we trust and are happy to make introductions. Ceremony-plus-reception and reception-only formats are both available.
