The Full-Day Group Experience

A Cachasol group day is built to feel like it was designed just for you - because it is. Your party arrives to the estate and starts with a walk through the agave fields: six acres of blue agave at various stages of growth, with a guide explaining the planting cycles, harvesting traditions, and the generational story behind every bottle.

From the fields, the group moves into a private mixology workshop. Each guest crafts two cocktails - usually a margarita variation and a house signature - learning the balance of acid, spirit, and sweetness along the way. It is hands-on, it is loud, and it is a genuinely great time. The Cachashade Bar, a hand-built open-air bar beneath a guamuchil tree, is the backdrop.

The distillery tour follows: a walk through our working raicilla production facility led by Jaime Villalobos Sauza or one of our senior guides. You'll see the agave hearts being roasted and distilled, taste the spirit at different stages, and understand what makes a fifth-generation operation different from every other bottle on the shelf.

The day finishes with a farm-to-table lunch or dinner at the Comedor - our open-air dining room. The kitchen makes everything on-site from estate ingredients. Cocktail hour at the Cachashade Bar extends the evening as long as the group wants to stay. The entire day is private to your group, and every element is adjustable.
